Garnier BB cream

If you havn't heard all the raving about this, where have you been?! I'm used to wearing a very high coverage foundation, Estee Lauder double-wear, but decided I should give my skin a break during the day, especially when i'm just working, so had been thinking about trying a BB cream or tinted moisturiser. I'd heard loads of good things about this one and after reading a few blog reviews decided it would definitely be worth a try! It's usually £9.99 but I got it on offer in Superdrug for £7.49.

Considering I'm used to wearing such high coverage, I was a bit sceptical about whether I would actually hate this but I really do like it! It looks like I have just naturally good skin when I wear this, it doesn't cover my skin, just kind of perfects it. This evens out my skin tone and makes my skin look glowy and just looks really natural. The only thing it doesn't cover for me is redness, if I go out in the cold my cheeks get red but hey hopefully the weather will get better soon. Come on England!

Overall I really love this, I feel like I have no make up on, look natural but not like a zombie and feel more fresh which I will love for the summer. I would 100% recommend this for something which is natural but not just rubbish coverage. It really works to make your skin look as if it's naturally good and also it smells really nice! If you're looking for something like this get to Superdrug and snap it up quick before the offer ends and I doubt you will regret it!

Have you tried this? What do you think of it?

I've been a bit naughty recently. I'm supposed to be saving for car insurance but I just can't resist all these pretty things in the shops. If I get into town early before work or have a break between a double shift I always end up 'window shopping' which turns into actual shopping. Oops. So here's a few bits I've bought recently on a couple of trips to Primark.

£4 for the set, amazing summery bikini!

Cropped roll sleeve tee £3

Knickers £2 | 'Footies' £1.30 | Frilly socks £1.50 - also got these in black

Plain cropped tee £3.50

My perfect playsuit!! So excited about this. £10

Cut out back
So there's all the bits i've bought over a couple of trips, my favourite being the playsuit! It has taken me two years but I have finally found THE perfect playsuit! I love everything about it, the pattern, the shape, the fit, the little sleeves everything and the cut out back just makes it absolutely perfect! And for just £10 this makes me a very happy girly! Primark have got some lovely summer pieces in so if you're trying to save, stay well away!!

Lush Daddy-O Shampoo

Hey guys! So this is a scheduled post as I'm starting work at 9am and finishing around midnight... My sister bought me this shampoo for Christmas as she'd heard alot about it and thought it would be good for me being a blondie. It's a purple shampoo (obviously) for cancelling out the brassiness in blonde/white hair however it says it works well for brunettes too!

I've been using this since Christmas about twice a week and as you can see I've barely used a quarter of the bottle. I only need to use a small amount of this and it lathers up really well and it smells soooo nice! It smells kind of like parma violets which I absolutely love. It helps with the brassiness well however I wouldn't say it's any better than any other purple shampoo I've used. Saying that, it makes my hair reaally soft, shiny and light weight and also less knotty when I have to brush it after a shower! I really like this shampoo and would recommend it if you have blonde knotty hair that needs a bit of care and shine after all that bleaching!

What are you favourite hair products for blonde hair?

FOTD + my new babies!

Apologies for the vile picture including my dressing gown and the towel hung on my cross-trainer. I didn't have time to take many pictures this morning so whilst this may not be the most attractive picture of myself, it will have to do. Today was my first day back at work after being off with the flu and I'm actually glad to be back! I've missed everyone and been so bored at home and I've even missed doing my make up in the morning! I just went for a simple black flick which I havn't done in a while and my new lipstick.

Estee Lauder double-wear foundation
Bobbi Brown gel liner
Naked 2 palette
MAC lipstick in 'please me'

And the last picture, eeee! If you saw my recent wishlist post you will have seen these in there. I went in Office and I just could not resist I absolutely love them and can't wait to start wearing them! I have an obsession with Converse there's just so many colours I want! An unhealthy obsession considering they cost me £52.99 which I should be saving....

My first Mac lippies!

Yes, my FIRST Mac lipsticks. I have been wanting to try these for so so long and along came the day where I was ill and feeling sorry for myself, so I ordered not one but 3! There are SO many colours I want but I narrowed it down to three and tried to get fairly different shades. I know they're all pink but that is my main colour and they are quite different ok!

Please me is a gorgeous pale dusky pink and is a 'Matte' lipstick. This is perfect for day to day wear when I want something nuetral and not too bold. Chatterbox is just a girly barbie pink which will be super duper when I fancy a bit more colour, it's an 'Amplified creme' lipstick and is such a lovely creamy formula! Impassioned is the same formula and ohhh my the colour is amazing! It's a fairly bright pink but still quite deep and not at all neony, it's literally perfect!

I am so excited and pleased with these lipsticks and will no doubt be heading on the website for more.. I got free delivery for spending over £30 and they came in 2 days which is super quick great service. £14 each is not exactly a cheap lipstick, however not ridiculously expensive and I believe they're worth it!

What is your favourite Mac lipstick?

March wishlist; no clothes included!

Okay, I hate the fact that I have to write this AGAIN, but it's been too long since I last posted. I did a couple posts and was like YAY back to blogging. However, the Gods of blogging obviously do not like me.. My camera just will not focus so I can't take any bloggy pictures, I can use my phone but I hate having to use bad quality pictures for my blog. I have insurance on my camera so I'm going to be taking it back and getting a new one, I'm hoping to get a bridge camera even if I have to pay the extra which is so exciting! :) I'm hoping to go maybe this sunday or something but I'm currently at home with the flu and a cough, blah :(

So, whilst I have to wait till I get my camera sorted I'm here with a wishlist, something which does not need my own pictures :)

1. New Look - £29.99
2. Office - £52.99
3. River Island - £1.50
4. River Island - £30
5. Office - £42.99
6. River Island - £12

As soon as I saw these boots in New Look I fell in love, I tried them on and loved them so much but didn't let myself buy them as I'd spent a fair bit of money already. But I have been needing them ever since. Needing. I gaze at them longingly every time i'm in there. And I may just have to give in..

I wear Converse alllll the time as I wear my black ones to work and always end up in my white ones otherwise. Therefore, I need more variety as I would wear them all the time (justification of money spending). These leapord print ones are actually fur effect and I just love them as they're patterned but will still go with alot. The pink ones are just pink. No explanation needed.

The rose gold watch is just gorgeous. I've been wanting a watch like this for ages and the colour and style is just lovely and no I don't want it to tell the time, it's just pretty. The necklace is also rose gold which I looove and just so easy to jazz up an outfit. The earrings look like jammie dodgers. Yum.

I've been lusting after shoes and accessories this past week or so rather than clothes, not that I bought new jeans yesterday, but this is not the point. I've also been wanting the whole Mac lipstick collection, 3 of which came in the post yesterday, YAY. So I will be posting about those with swatches when I get my camera sorted!

What have you been lusting after?
